For 18K Gold and diamond products, expected delivery is 30-45 days depending on the complexity of the product. Some products can be delivered in 2-3 weeks. (contact us if it is an urgent order, we will see what best we can do for you.)
Overseas delivery please press request for quote and let us know your address and we will get back to you with the shipping charges for your location
You may return the 925 silver products within 30 days, please make sure its with the label, not worn, no scratches, not broken. It has to be in original condition for a return.
For diamond products, since these are personalized items, these are none returnable.
